The Areawide Aging Agency is a 501(c)(3), dedicated to advancing the dignity and independence of older adults in our community.  Funding to this non-profit is provided by state and federal Grants, the United Way of Oklahoma City, as well as other grants and private donations.  The Agency works with other organizations to administer and provide services to seniors.  405-942-8500

EMBARK provides transportation services to adults, age 60 and older, who have limited or no other access to transportation sources.  Trips are provided to nutrition sites, medical facilities, grocery stores and other necessary destinations.  405-297-2583

The Center for Active Living & Learning is located at the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond and is dedicated to enhancing the health and quality of life in seniors by providing health workshops and group fitness classes.  Membership is required.  405-974-5309

Then Senior Law Resource Center provides low cost or free legal advice, legal services, and educational materials to people who are 60 years of age and older.  405-528-0858

Mobile Meals, Inc recruits and coordinates area churches and organizations in preparing and delivering a meal five times a week to homebound seniors who are 60 years of age and older. 405-528-7721.

Senior Nutrition Programs provide a hot nutritious meal for anyone 60 years of age or older, five days a week.  In addition to serving balanced lunches, these centers provide consumer information, nutrition education, health and welfar programs, homemaker services and recreation activities.
